- arr[i] > arr[i+1] > … > arr[arr.length - 1]
Given an integer array arr that is guaranteed to be a mountain, return any i such that arr < arr < … arr[i - 1] < arr[i] > arr[i + 1] > … > arr[arr.length - 1].
